Animated and Online Helideck Operations Initial Training Standard (HOITS) Program

The aim and objectives of the HOITS Program are to equip the delegate with the initial knowledge (Level 1 – blended, online), understanding and skills required to perform the roles of Offshore Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) and Offshore Helideck Assistant (HDA) safely and effectively.

On completion of Level-1, the delegate will be completing a comprehensive development program and workplace assessment (Level-2 – onsite, practical). This will be completed by the Duty Holder in accordance with our detailed criteria and syllabus that we provide.
